Özgün Advisory Services Inc. has been established by Özer Güney in 1996.

Özer Güney, graduate of Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences. Recevied his master’s degree at Vanderbilt University. Between 1966-1977 worked as Sworn-in Bank Auditor at  Ministry of Finance and Manager of Credits & Resorces at State Investment Bank between 1977-1980. Joined Esbank in 1980 and served as Deputy General Manager between 1980-1982 and CEO and Board Member of the same Bank between 1982-1996. In 1998 took a position as Chairman at Bank Express following the latter was taken over by Savings  Deposit Insurance Fund. Also served as Board Member at various industrial/commercial entities.

Mustafa Kaldırımoğlu, following the graduation from Eskişehir Academy of Economics and Commercial Science, joined Esbank as Member of Board Internal Audit in 1981. Between 1986-1998 worked at Foreign Relations, Accounting and Financial Control Departments at executive positions. Served as Deputy General Manager  in charge of  Accounting and Financial Control Department until 1998. The same year, joined Özgün Advisory Services Inc. Also served as Board Member and Auditor at various real sector institutions.

Veyis Basri Ocak, following the graduation of İstanbul University  Faculty of Law, worked as lawyer registered with İstanbul Bar between 1974-1986. Joined Esbank as lawyer in 1986. Later served as manager and legal councilor concerning Past Due Loans until 2001. The same year took part in the establishment  of  Collection Department of Savings Deposit Insurance Fund under The Banking Regulation and Supervision Board. First held position as Deputy  and later as Acting Head of Collection Department between 2003-2004. Joined Özgün Advisory Services Inc. as lawyer in 2005.

Sema Kayurtar, graduate of Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences. Worked with Citibank/İstanbul between 1984-1986. Joined Interbank in 1986 and worked at International Marketing Department at various managerial positions until 1993. Joined Esbank in 1993 as Manager of International Division. Between 1996-2000 undertook the responsibility as Deputy General Manager and Head of International Department of Türkiye Tütüncüler Bankası, Yaşarbank A.Ş. Later, also served as Head of Financial Institutions Department of Demir HalkBank(Netherland) NV and MNG Bank respectively. Joined Özgün Advisory Services Inc. in 2005.
